Title: Billing ClerkLocation: Omaha, NETemporary Assignment: ASAP - 6 monthsHours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pmPay: $ 16.50 an hourSummary:Will be taking credit memo and invoice re-bill requests and entering/clearing AR documents in company systems. Preparation of invoices on QuickBooks.-- Compiles invoice data and prepares invoices, listing items sold, amounts due, credit terms and dates of shipment ensuring coding is correct for services provided and deadlines are met.-- Reconciles customer invoices reviewing items on invoice/manifest/bill of lading/inventory sheet.-- Enters invoice data into appropriate invoicing/billing system-- Provides customer support to internal departments and invoiced customers ; attempts first call resolution by identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues; follows-up if first call resolution not possible.-- Educates customers on processes-- Completes call logs and reports for management-- Recognizes, documents, and alerts supervisor of trends in customer calls.Job Requirements:Education/Experience:-- Education equivalent to an Associate's Degree in Business or graduation from high school with equivalent related work experience -- Six or more months of business experience in a general office environment, demonstrating a general knowledge of Billing and customer credit procedures and various automated business systems and proficiency with data entry.-- Demonstrates a general working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel.
