Provide reporting and Journal Entry posting during the month end close cycle.Key Duties/Responsibilities* * Assist Director of Contracts Invoicing and Analysis with special projects as needed. 10%* Provide backup to the Contract Support Specialist processing purchase orders and renewal notices issued by the customer as needed. 10%* Determine when a refund is necessary. Prepare and submit the refund request form. 5%* Process tax exemption certificates and re-bill customer if necessary. 5%* Make necessary changes to customer or equipment records. 10%* Process the shipping/warranty report creating new customers/equipment and the generation of Warranty Agreements. 10%* Process new contracts add-ons/deletions and cancellation forms which may include the following: 30%* Create new customer records * Create equipment records* Create or edit maintenance agreements to add or delete equipment * Generate invoicing needed based upon changes made to contract * Mail appropriate documents to customers * Managed Print and agreement invoicing* Assist in Time and Material Billing * Assist in month end close process, Journal Entry Posting and report generation 20%EDUCATION* * Two year degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience. Emphasis in Accounting preferred. Experience* * Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills* Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred along with knowledge of Oracle and AS400 systems.* Experience with high quality culture and programsDECISION MAKINGAble to work independently and provide accurate and timely reports and invoices.
