Please see below the details of this career opportunity and how it fits into our organization's success.Assist in the continued development of asset liability management functions and learn about all aspects of Treasury. Support reporting and analysis of liquidity, interest rate risk, data management, funds transfer pricing, and market risk in collaboration with team members. This position offers a hybrid work schedule between in office and remote work.Key Accountabilities Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly duties to gain experience and knowledge related to liquidity, interest rate risk, data management, funds transfer pricing, and market risk.

  • Assemble reporting packs, make updates, and deliver results
  • Ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Maintain change control logs and procedural updates
  • Work towards leading discussionsBalance Sheet Dynamics
    • Develop familiarity with investments, loans, deposit products, and borrowings
    • Assist in balance sheet forecasts to influence interest rate risk and liquidity processes
    • Prepare, analyze and manage large data sets involving, but not limited to historical balances and incomesData Management
      • Develop an understanding of FNNI data warehouse environment
      • Develop proficient ability to use Business Objects reporting software for the performance of ad hoc analysis Ad Hoc Analysis
        • Deliver assignments on time
        • Maintain the tools and techniques used to support Treasury Reporting
        • Develop understanding of data, systems, tools, and reporting capabilities through collaboration with SMEs Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics or equivalent experience First rate competency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) Business Objects, Essbase, and Power BI experience optional Working knowledge of:
          • Bank products & balance sheet
          • Financial and accounting principles, terminology, and concepts Communication Skills Required
            • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an aptitude for delivering presentations
            • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships, listen, and actively contribute to discussions
            • Demonstrates a consultative approach with the ability to analyze stakeholder needsExcellent project and time management skills with ability to multi-task and organize several concurrent accountabilitiesStrong attention to detail Professionalism/Compliance Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy.Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties.
              • Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required
              • Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations
              • Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity
