The Senior Director will provide subject matter expertise for the University Relations Division with leadership responsibility for the development and operation of key business processes, data, technology solutions, and analytics/reporting in support of fundraising activities. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Operations & Strategic Initiatives, he/she will act as the "go to" person within the department related to the configuration and operation of technology solutions used in the division, as well as documentation, reporting, and analytics. Oversees production, reporting and compliance for all campaign information and business intelligence shared with university administrators, volunteer leadership and campaign counsel. Provides oversight for all performance reporting including campaign commitments, gift income and gift officer contact and proposal activity. Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
  • 8 years of experience in advancement services and /or project management with concentration in developing and executing strategic initiatives . Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
    • Hybrid knowledge base includin g information technology, accounting and fundraising best practices.
    • Excellent computer and technical skills.
    • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
    • Insight into the internal functioning of a college campus.
    • Understanding of the nature of external constituencies and the role College Advancement plays in bringing those groups closer to the College.
