Job Description:

Our client, a leading non-profit, is seeking a Controller to join their brand-new headquarters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is willing to take initiative and own their role. This position offers a business casual dress code, a family-oriented culture, full benefits, and an early-out Friday schedule. Responsibilities:

• Daily accounting functions
• Reporting
• Bank reconciliations
• Month-end review of financials to prepare for annual budgets
• Monthly and quarterly tax preparation
• Process payroll
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Responsible for client as well as their foundation Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years accounting experience preferred
  • Experience in financial statement preparation
  • Experience in non-profit a plus
  • Supervisory skills
  • Self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
