Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. /n/n • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. /n/n • 12 months between Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Christus Health /n/n Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
