Job Description:
Marvin is seeking a Finance Manager, Product Development who
will play a pivotal role in aligning our product development
initiatives with financial management strategies. Situated at the
heart of a premier manufacturer of bespoke windows and doors, this
role demands analytical prowess and a forward-thinking mindset to
drive profitability and innovation. As part of a dedicated team,
the Finance Manager will be instrumental in leading financial
forecasts, budgeting processes, and strategic analyses to optimize
our product development cycles. This position offers the
opportunity to impact key financial decisions that contribute to
the overall success and sustainability of Marvin. Develop financial
models and conduct analysis to support product development
initiatives. Manage the annual budget process for the product
development team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial
implications of proposed product changes and new product launches.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on product
development financial status and progress. Lead cost-reduction
initiatives and identify opportunities for financial optimization
within product development. Support strategic decision-making by
providing financial expertise and recommendations. Ensure
compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal
financial controls. Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting Excellent
communication and collaboration skills Proficient with finance
software and Excel Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving
skills Medical Insurance 401k CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) preferred Relevant certifications
in financial modeling or financial analysis is an advantage.
