Job Description Job Description HiFyve is hiring a Plant Controller in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry in Norfolk, NE! Salary: Up to $140K Shift: Day Shift Location: Norfolk, NE Position Overview: We’re hiring a Facility Controller to serve as the financial lead for a manufacturing plant in Norfolk, NE. This role partners closely with the Plant Manager and works remotely with Corporate Finance, owning the plant P&L, financial reporting, and cost analysis for site operations. You’ll be the sole finance presence onsite, making this a highly visible and impactful role. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the full P&L for the Norfolk facility Partner with the Plant Manager on budgets, forecasts, and financial decision-making Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and yield performance Track capital spending and monitor budget vs. actuals Oversee inventory, MRO, and production-related financial controls Support monthly business reviews with clear, data-driven insights Serve as the onsite finance point of contact while collaborating with corporate finance remotely Manage office/administrative staff at the facility Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Manufacturing finance experience with direct P&L ownership Strong ERP experience and advanced Excel skills Comfortable being onsite 5 days per week Experience working independently as the primary finance lead at a site Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Strong communication skills and ability to translate numbers into operational insight Food, dairy, or process manufacturing background (Preferred) Experience supporting plant leadership and CI / cost improvement initiatives (Preferred) If you are interested, please apply.
