together. The Enterprise and Operational Risk Testing (EORT) team
is part of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management
organization and executes objective and thematic evaluations of
risk management activities across the Company. Reporting to the
Director of the EORT team, the Sr. Manager, EORT is responsible for
testing process, standards adherence as well as testing the design
and effectiveness of controls across the Company’s Risk and Control
Self -Assessment (RCSAs). This role will lead testing projects
quarterly across different topics/business units including the
following risk disciplines: enterprise, operational, third-party,
fraud and data. This role is an individual contributor but may
manage team members on scheduled testing projects and will be
expected to execute testing. The Sr. Manager will have the
opportunity to make a broad impact, working across the three lines
of defense to collaborate and design assigned testing projects. In
this role you will be responsible for developing the annual test
plan, holding walkthroughs with risk and business partners,
developing and executing testing steps, drafting
issues/opportunities for improvement, and drafting reports.
Monitoring issues to closure. This role allows you to present your
findings to EORT leadership as well as risk and business partners.
What you’ll do: • Annual Planning: Drive discussions, research
information, leverage 2LOD risk assessments to help design the
annual testing plan. • Testing Execution: On a quarterly basis,
develop testing project scope, objective, and test steps for
complex projects with minimal input from direct management and in
alignment with procedures, standards, and policies. QC workpapers.
Consistently lead self, peers, managers and sr. specialist through
ambiguity and roadblocks swiftly. Create a clear path forward in
ambiguous situations and bring solutions to direct manager
regarding scope change, resourcing constraints, and business
pushback. • Report Writing/Issue Identification and Management:
Quarterly basis, write a complete and accurate complex report that
documents the executive summary, background, and scope. Draft clear
and concise issues, present issues to ratings council with proposed
initial rating and rationale, and vet issues with key stakeholders
in middle management. Evaluate appropriateness of management action
plans. Proactively monitor issue remediation and communicate
regularly with business partners on issue remediation status.
Clearly and timely document issue validation and QC issue
validations as needed. • Committee/Regulatory Reporting: Timely
execution and documentation of committee/regulatory reporting to
summarize testing results in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
for Director/Managing Director review. • Collaborate, Ownership and

Training: Facilitate team training on complex testing topics or
areas of expertise. Maintain and enhance professional development
and testing skills through on-going education and training. Provide
support, coaching, and feedback to the testing team as needed.
Mentor others through the CRM mentorship program. Assist with
onboarding and ongoing buddy support to new team members. •
Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Engagement: Participant and/or
lead in departmental strategic initiatives to support overall EORT
objectives. Participation in broader initiatives for EORM, CRM and
the Company. We believe in the importance of in-office
collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this
role to work on site four days per week in the specified locations.

candidates should have. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s
degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer
Science, Economics, or related area of study or equivalent
experience. • 5 years of experience in audit, SOX testing,
compliance testing, and/or enterprise/ operational risk management.
• Self-motivated along with the ability to supervise, engage and
manage a diverse, inclusive team to bring projects and reporting to
professional conclusion. • Clear understanding of regulatory
environment that financial institutions operate within and strong
knowledge of enterprise and/or operational related industry best
practices and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in risk and
control data analysis, strong ability to incorporate and understand
mass information from a variety of sources to recommend an
appropriate course of action. • Comfort with ambiguity and an
ability to create a clear path forward. • Independent judgment with
strong analytical, risk assessment, and auditing skills. • Strong
written and verbal communication skills with proven ability in
communicating with senior staff, including executives. • Occasional
travel out of state for training or specific projects may be
required (less than 5%). Preferred Qualifications: • Financial
