In this role, you will help support our expansive portfolio of financial products and services, addressing client inquiries, and providing solutions geared towards their financial success. Working with one of the world’s largest asset managers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and fostering lasting client relationships. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear and concise information on our financial products and services. Assist clients in navigating and optimizing their use of Fidelity’s service platforms. Collaborate with team members to address complex client issues, aiming for one-call resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and Fidelity’s offerings to effectively advise clients. Support clients in executing transactions and understanding the implications of their financial decisions. Escalate unresolved issues as necessary while ensuring client satisfaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Extensive knowledge of financial services and products Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 401k Preferred: FINRA Series 7 and 63 certifications
