This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-oriented lender to join a strong, locally owned bank with deep roots in the farming community. The ideal candidate will build and manage a quality agricultural loan portfolio while delivering exceptional service to farm and agribusiness clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local ag producers and agri-businesses Analyze financial statements and structure sound ag loan requests Manage and grow an existing portfolio while identifying new opportunities Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations Qualifications: 3 years of agricultural or commercial lending experience Strong credit analysis and relationship management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Ag Economics, or related field preferred Knowledge of local ag markets and operations
