JOB DESCRIPTION -General Summary: - -Horsepower Brands is a portfolio company of franchise brands in the service industry delivering first in class customer service and experiences. More importantly the services we provide are needed by all consumers across North America. -Heroes Lawn Care is a franchise started right here in Omaha NE in 2014. - Now entering its ninth year of business, Heroes Lawn has three divisions in the lawn care industry: Irrigation Army (Irrigation packages and repair work), Fertilization Force (Fertilization packages, aeration, overseeding, soil amendment), and Doody Duty (Pet waste removal). - - -HEROES is looking for a great candidate for our Software Administrative Specialist role. In this role, you will assist our customers with support our Real Green CRM software program. You will need to be a team player and have strong communication skills. If you are passionate about helping customers and working with awesome teams in a fun environment, we want to meet you! -Essential Functions: - -Quick response time to address concerns from Techs/Zees/Call Center specific to RealGreen and smart controllers (weekly issues and response times) -Backend on-boarding new franchisees and efficiency to get to 100% in RealGreen / AMA / CAW / Mobile Live (what are the other acronyms) - -Handle incoming issues and requests - -Troubleshoot customer technical support cases through phone and email submission -Create a positive, professional customer service-oriented work environment for staff and customers -Evaluating system potential through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs -Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations -Achieving computer stem objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options and suggesting a course of action -Maintain client confidence by continually furthering education on the Green Industry and software best practices -Contribute to building reference material for customers and internal staff by drafting knowledgebase material. -Successfully complete Product Training and associated competency reviews. -Provide customers with an excellent customer service experience each and every time! -Work Environment: -This job operates in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. -Position Type/Expected hours worked: -This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (flexible start/end times) unless otherwise specified. - Regular, punctual and consistent attendance is required. -Requirements: - - -At least two years of experience in software technical support -Experience with RealGreen preferred -High school diploma required; technical certifications are a plus -A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred -Variable hours may be required based on time zone (I like this for longer term based on what territories are sold) -Other Duties: -This job description is not a comprehensive list of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job and is subject to change at any time with or without notice. -Perks: -Tech Package provided to all new hires - -Fantastic Company Culture - -Flexible work schedule - -Company Events - -Unlimited PTO - -Benefits - -Cool SWAG! - -Physical Demands: - -The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
