Job Description:

This position will assist customers and support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, organized, outgoing, personable, have basic keyboarding skills and be able to problem solve. Primary Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and sales reps through various channels, including phone, email, fax, and mail.
Assist customers with placing orders, refunds, exchanges, or sample requests.
Communicate pricing, inventory levels, lead-time delivery, and order status.
Filing
Data entry entering quotes and orders into our ERP computer system and send order confirmations and quotes via phone, email, fax, and mail. Other Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Able to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Office Associate admin Customer Service Sales Office - Customer Service administrative office
