Position Description Lindsay Corporation is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our CEO, senior leadership team and corporate office. This individual will be a key contributor in effectively managing a variety of administrative duties such as meeting planning, coordinating travel, scheduling board meetings and events, and ad hoc projects for several departments. Position Details This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our global HQ in Omaha, NE and includes a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. Travel requirement will be minimal ( Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties for the Chief Executive Officer to include: meeting planning, travel, expense reporting, and other projects.
  • Event planning for corporate office and Chief Executive Officer, including board meetings, community activities, work seminar, and employee meetings.
  • Back-up receptionist for lunches, vacations and as needed.
  • Facilities management for corporate office including support with space planning, repairs, and other items as needed Preferred Qualifications
    • Minimum three years of work experience in a professional environment.
    • Two or four year college degree preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS office- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Systems savvy preferred.
    • Proven experience to analyze information effectively and present results through reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, organize, multitask and prioritize.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Dependable, collaborative, and ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
