GENERAL REQUISITION INFORMATION
Vaccination Requirement
The University of Nebraska Medicine Center (UNMC) requires COVID-19
vaccinations for all students, staff, and faculty. All employees
must be fully vaccinated unless they have requested and been
approved for an exemption based on a recognized medical reason, a
sincerely held religious belief, or a pre-approved, 100% remote
work agreement. Fully vaccinated means having received one dose of
a single dose COVID-19 vaccine (Johnson & Johnson) or both doses of
a two-dose COVID-19 vaccination series (Moderna and Pfizer).
As a prospective and/or a new employee at UNMC, you will be/are
required to comply with the UNMC's vaccination protocol.
Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers will have five (5)
days from the date of hire to provide proof of partial or full
vaccination or to request a medical or religious exemption.
Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers with proof of partial
vaccination may have up to thirty-five (35) days from the hire date
to be in full compliance with this policy. Non-faculty new hires,
rehires and transfers who receive a denial of a request for medical
or religious exemption will be given five (5) business days from
exemption denial notification date to provide proof of compliance
with this policy. Non-faculty new hires, rehires and transfers with
no approved exemption who fail to comply with this policy will be
separated.

Position Summary
The Grants/Office Associate is responsible for a wide variety of
administrative duties. The position will assist and relieve the
Administrator and Supervisor in routine and non-routine
responsibilities of the daily grant operations and administrative
aspects for the department.
This position performs a wide variety of office tasks requiring a
thorough knowledge of policies, procedures and systems, providing
expert administrative support to faculty members of the Department
of Radiation Oncology. Assist in the planning, organizing and
implementing of research associated activities for faculty and the
department. Position is required to handle matters of a moderately
complex nature to conserve supervisor's time.
