The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for developing and implementing robust engagement strategies aligned with growth objectives for our existing members. - Manage multiple deadlines for all elements of marketing campaigns and excel in working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight. - In addition, actively manage martech platforms and solutions currently in place to ensure ongoing operation and plan/implement upgrades and enhancements.   • Work across stakeholder groups to develop and maintain appropriate communication across: - EMOB, account management, rewards, balance consolidation, spend, and retention.
  • Manage and oversee monthly and annual project calendar, facilitating and participating in campaign management meetings to ensure master plan is continually accurate.
  • Ongoing responsibility for oversight and ownership of Martech platform function, file operations, vendor relationships and strategy.
  • Manage and maintain critical direct marketing vendor relationships from Third Party Risk Management intake through systems and file integration, including ongoing file process management.
  • Track and report out on campaign success through data analysis, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Ensure optimization of contact management strategy & criteria to ensure touchpoints are relevant, align with business objectives and provide the best possible member experience.
  • Ongoing review of processes and procedures identify workflow improvements and efficiencies to improve speed to market.
  • Participate in and/or lead new and ongoing credit and debit card engagement projects as needed.
  • Manage platform budgeting and expenses, evaluate opportunities for savings.
  • Organize payment team documentation and procedures in digital library for audits and archive. Qualifications Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
    • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • Five (5) - eight (8) years' of martech platform management, and existing customer management within credit and debit cards, deposits, or personal loans with background in vendor onboarding and management.
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-starter that can works with minimal oversight
    • Detail oriented and highly organized with high degree of accuracy
    • Consumer banking product marketing experience
    • Digital and trigger-based marketing experience
    • Familiar with credit & debit card processing and procedures
    • Excels at working in a cross-functional team, with an inclination to take initiative
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers
