This role is required to be onsite! General Summary: Horsepower
Brands is a portfolio company of franchise brands in the service
industry delivering first in class customer service and
experiences. More importantly the services we provide are needed by
all consumers across North America.We re a rapidly growing company,
and it s important that you have an entrepreneurial mindset, a
positive attitude toward embracing change and can manage while also
prioritize multiple, concurrent projects. Reports to the President
of Customer Experience and works closely internal teams and Brands
on various projects Our team's goal is to improve the customer
experience from awareness to sale for 7+ home service brands
through aligned and effective marketing & lead generation
strategies, relevant content and ideal communication methods.
Support the Marketing Strategies with: -Competitive research
-Maintain digital marketing analytics across brands, provide
analysis and suggestion actions -Testing of new lead generation
ideas and creative with respective brands -Maintain brand marketing
playbooks for multiple brands -Documentation of processes, training
decks, and case studies Execute Efficiently and Effectively -Create
and Manage lead email campaigns in Active Campaign for all brands:
writing, designing, and managing automations -Assist with Hubspot
management and email campaigns -Coordinate marketing vendor
information and quarterly webinar events -Manage multiple projects,
keep projects on track, holdother people involveds to delivery
deadlines, and communicate timelines and limitations -Perform
quality assurance and confirms project deliverables meet client
expectations -Support company initiatives through the execution of
the marketing strategy and brand campaign(s) across channels
-Provide a fresh perspective, add value to projects, and exhibit a
sense of ownership in work product -Communicate effectively with
subject matter experts across our brands and collaborate to
collectively reach out goals -Think creatively on how to support
the team, identify solutions that need to be developed and then
influence the direction and scope of new projects. Success Criteria
High impact communication - Clearly and succinctly conveying
information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of
situations; communicating in a focused and compelling way that
drives others thoughts and actions. Understanding of integrated
marketing campaigns, analyzing results and generation ideas for
continuous improvement and optimization Successful strategic
partner - Partnering with brand directors of marketing to build
marketing strategies to successfully create and craft opportunities
for key audiences based on an understanding of the ideal customer
profile. Planning and organizing - Establishing an action plan for
self and others to complete work efficiently and on time by setting
priorities, establishing timelines, and leveraging resources.
Continuous improvement - Originating action to improve existing
conditions and processes; identifying improvement opportunities,
generating ideas, and implementing solutions. Delivering high
impact presentations - Presenting ideas effectively to individuals
or groups when given time to prepare; delivering presentations
suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience. Delegation
and empowerment - Identifying and leveraging opportunities to
accelerate results and build capability by assigning tasks and
decision-making responsibilities to individuals or teams with clear
boundaries, expectations, support, and follow-up Other Duties: This
