Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, you will understand and partner with business segments to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that support our business strategy. You must have strong analytical skills and the ability to accommodate and prioritize information requests to maintain and update processes using in-house business intelligence tools.You Will:Interpret data and tell a story of the resultsIdentify problems and opportunities, recommending solutionsDesign reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action / resolutionPresent findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision-makingParticipates in problem resolution that improves business processesAccommodates internal and external customer requestsPartner across functions and with various levels within the organizationDesign business processes and recommend improvementsExercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issuesProvide team guidance and training supportSummarize and communicate recommendations to leadershipWork across geographies and culturesServe as an escalation contact for internal and external partners.Exemplify our values of Integrity, External Focus, Broad-mindedness, Agility, Leadership and Results while creating a vibrant cultureYou Have:Bachelor's degree in business related field or 3+ years related business experience requiredAbility to prioritize multiple activities simultaneouslyExperience with creating Excel/Access macros using Visual Basic for Applications(VBA)Proficient in MS SQL with the ability to write views and queries, create stored procedures and SSIS packagesExperience with BOBJ tools including creating Webi reportsExperience with WinshuttleExperience with Microsoft Power Platform including PowerBi, Power Apps, and Power AutomateOur Modern Workplace:Conagra's culture of collaboration enhances our ability to meet critical business goals, deliver value to customers and consumers and provide you with the flexibility you need to achieve a better work-life balance.
