Repair Planning & Restoration: Attend morning meetings. Plan and
prioritize repairs. Inspect vehicles for visible and hidden damage
(structural, mechanical, and systems). Repair or replace damaged
panels, frames, windows, doors, trim, and roofs (aluminum,
fiberglass, composite). Install roof membranes. Restore mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Remove and reinstall
fixtures (cabinets, plumbing, A/C units, solar panels, antennas).
Test all systems for safety and functionality. Paint Repair
Preparation: Attend and participate in the morning meetings. Repair
planning for all vehicles by prioritizing daily workload. Mirror
match parts to ensure everything is in place for a proper repair.
Preparing all panels and surfaces before execution of painting
work. Must be able to mix and match paint colors throughout repair
planning. Paint Quality Assurance: Perform quality repairs while
adhering to all safety practices. Maintain high-quality standards
throughout painting and verify all paint work is up to CBC
standards before reassembly. Strive to reduce defects by thoroughly
double checking all repair work. Documentation & Customer
Communication: Maintain repair records. Communicate with customers
and insurance providers. Assist with insurance claims. Quality,
Maintenance & Professionalism: Keep tools/equipment clean and
operational. Double-check repairs to reduce defects. Organize and
maintain workspace. Dress professionally and maintain good hygiene.
Assist team members as needed. Other duties as assigned. YOUR
SKILLS Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent. Consistent
work history. Minimum two (2) years prior experience as a Collision
Repair Specialist, Paint Restoration Technician, Automotive
Painter, Collision Repair Technician, or similar role. Skills:
Strong organizational skills. Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team
and service oriented; build strong working relationships. Exemplary
planning and time management skills. Exhibits superior verbal
communication and phone skills. Ability to prioritize daily
workload. Sound judgment and problem-solving ability. Demonstrate
ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work
environment. People first personality. Ability: Ability to pass a
