As a Project Manager - Civil Construction at PSC Construction, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various civil construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timelines are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability. Oversee quality control and safety measures on construction sites. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status. Ensure all regulatory requirements and building codes are adhered to. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals. Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and schedules Knowledge of excavation, trenching, shoring, and utility installation practices Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills No criminal misdemeanors in the last 5 years or criminal felonies in the last 7 years Proficiency with project management software (ex: Bluebeam/Monday) and Microsoft Office Benefits: Competitive salary.
