get coverage. This is a true inbound customer service role. You’ll
support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from
small business owners who have applied online or are calling for
assistance. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and
working in a collaborative, growth?oriented environment, this role
is for you. What You’ll Do Provide prompt, professional support
with a focus on one?call resolution Handle inbound calls and follow
up on online applications Assist customers with policy questions
related to coverage, billing, and general clarification Accurately
document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls,
documentation, and follow?ups Contribute to a team?focused culture
centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth What We’re
Looking For Required: Customer service or call center experience
Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
Strong communication, problem?solving, and organizational skills
Dependability and a team?first mindset Preferred: Insurance
customer service experience (not required) Associate's degree
required if non-licensed Active insurance license Required in San
Antonio Preferred but not required in Omaha westpriority26 Job Type
& Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha,
NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 -
$21.47/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
