Provide accurate, timely, and effective customer service Address client inquiries about financial products and account details Educate clients on account services and capabilities Assist with account opening, closing, and maintenance processes Resolve issues and complaints in a professional manner Sustain a deep understanding of company offerings Work collaboratively with team members to meet client needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle complex customer service situations Solid understanding of financial services and products Proficient in using CRM software Excellent problem-solving capabilities Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment 401k FINRA Series 7 & 63 (highly preferred but not mandatory)
