Identify and address clients’ needs and financial aspirations, contributing to their overall satisfaction. Strong foundation in financial services and products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Skillful in the use of CRM software and financial databases Adept at handling multiple priorities and working under pressure 401k Certifications like Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or FINRA series qualifications are highly regarded.
