Technician - Additional Services in your area! Our Additional
Service Technicians are responsible for providing 5-star customer
service while performing our additional services, which include
termite, mosquito, insulation, exclusion, German roach, rodent and
wildlife removal, flea/tick and bed bug treatments. -If this sounds

ServicesWhat will I be doing in this position?We understand that we
cannot list every single task that you will do in this position,
but below is an overview of our expectations: -Additional Service
Technicians handle installs of our additional services, which
include:
- Safely store, mix, apply or spray pesticide chemicals or other
manual solutions to building interiors and exteriors, utilizing
appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions
conducive to infestations of insects or other vertebrate pests and
deliver tailored solution for customers. If a solution is unable to
be identified, the Technician will communicate with the office
- Interact with customers, face-to-face, to explain service
features and benefits
- Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and
managers, and maintain accurate and organized service records
- Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping
the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while
adhering to the Company Vehicle Policy
- Manage inventory, equipment and chemicals and report to the
branch for restocks

driving, service, and training; this includes participation in

- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older (insurance carrier may make
some age-based exceptions) and possess an active driver's license
with an MVR that meets insurance requirements
- Have a commitment to safety in all job areas, including
driving, service, job site, ladder, roof and training
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, some Saturdays, and some
holidays
- Must earn and maintain state-required training and licensing
(provided)Strong consideration will be given to the candidates who:
- Have experience and are comfortable working in attics, crawl
spaces and on roofs
- OSHA certified on ladder safety
- Have working knowledge and understanding of construction
- Have basic handy skills and experience working with ladders and
power tools
- Have experience installing and removing insulation
- Have a pest control license and/or experience working in pest
