As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our packaging machinery and systems, helping us meet our commitment to excellent service and quality. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on packaging machines and related equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine efficiency and reliability. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times. Document maintenance operations and system statuses for compliance and reporting purposes. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems. Provide technical support and training to other team members. Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills. Experience with packaging machinery and control systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable. Electrical certification (e.g., licensed electrician) is an advantage.
