Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protective
services, seeks a dedicated Fire Alarm & Suppression Systems
Technician. This role is critical in our mission to provide
advanced fire and safety services, ensuring the integrity and
functionality of fire alarm and suppression systems across various
client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
maintaining, repairing, and installing fire safety equipment to
protect lives and property. Perform installation, maintenance,
repair, and inspection of fire alarm and suppression systems. Test
and calibrate components to ensure proper functioning. Respond to
emergency service calls regarding fire and safety systems failures.
Educate clients on system operation and maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and adhere to
safety regulations and standards. Technical proficiency in fire
alarm systems and fire suppression techniques. Strong
troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read and
interpret safety diagrams and blueprints. Effective communication
and client service skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on
safety compliance. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k NICET Certification in Fire Alarm
Systems Level II or higher. State-specific Fire Alarm Technician
License as required. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
