Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician – Weekly Pay -$33/HR DOE Location: Omaha, NE Employment Type: Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available About the Role: We’re seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced, high-output facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a production environment, enjoys troubleshooting, and takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly. If you’re passionate about preventative maintenance and quick problem-solving, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment including mixers, ovens, conveyors, and packaging machinery. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and implement timely repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance checks and document findings. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed. What You Bring: 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed. A proactive mindset and a team-first attitude.
