BENEFITS: - Competitive Pay based on experience and work history - Daily and Monthly performance based bonus - Air Conditioned Shop - You will be able to produce hours in our shop - 70-90 used cars per month for reconditioning repair - Updated Equipment - Our technicians average 90-110 hours per bi monthly pay period - 5 day work week - closed on Sundays! - Paid Training & Onboarding Program - Medical - Dental - 401 K Match - Paid Vacation - Closed on Major Holidays - Team Building Events - Overtime available - Dedicated Leadership Team - Opportunity to Grow - Honda New Car Purchase Program Responsibilities: - Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and Honda Factory standards - Routine inspections and maintenance on line - Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment - Full automotive trouble shooting and testing - Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. - Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs - Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications: - Ability to identify the problem quickly - Good knowledge of automobiles - Effective analytical and communication skills - Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills - Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications - Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment - High School Diploma or GED - Technical degree preferred - ASE certifications preferred - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic Computer Skills - Positive, friendly attitude
