The Assistant Director of Enrollment Services will assist the
Director in providing the leadership and the vision necessary for
the recruiting and marketing needed to recruit a high-quality
student body and concurrently achieve enrollment goals. Job
Requirements Education Bachelor Degree in Higher Education or
related field required.
Experience Minimum of two years of experience in admissions-related
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Knowledge of contemporary recruitment
and enrollment strategies, including internet-based and targeted
marketing. Experience with use of a Client Relationship Management
System. Strong analytical and technological skills. Exceptional
team building, collaborative, and communication skills. Physical

- Assist the Director of Enrollment on the strategic planning for
the Division of Enrollment Services that is aligned with the
institutional strategic plan.
- Assist in the development of the College's
marketing/media/website planning and provide leadership of its
implementation and content in collaboration with the Nebraska
Methodist College (NMC) Division of Marketing.
- Assist with leadership and growth of the College's Health
Career Camp implementing a recruitment strategy that grows the
number of applications.
- Through effective recruitment and marketing strategies, achieve

marketing, and market trends; this includes a sophisticated
understanding of internet- and other technologically-based
- Collaborate and partner with outside organizations to best
