Challenge accepted. Position Summary: Milan Laser is looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to lead our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role the Talent Acquisition Director will ensure the recruiting strategy, methodology, and processes are aligned with business needs. They will be responsible for optimizing and supporting best-in-class candidate experiences, talent acquisition practices and strategies. The ideal candidate has outstanding communication skills and is able to work with stakeholders at all levels. The demands of this role are best met by someone who can prioritize in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasks on a consistent basis and meets set deadlines. They have strong critical thinking skills and are able to make sound decisions. Status: Full-time

Location: Omaha, Nebraska Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and measure sourcing and selection strategies resulting in high performance TA outcomes
  • Lead, develop and mentor the TA team; provide coaching and feedback to promote high performance, engagement, and growth
  • Understand and anticipate external market trends; incorporate insights into sourcing and selection strategies
  • Proactively attract and engage diverse talent in hiring, pipeline/talent building efforts
  • Leverage talent analytics to develop and implement action plans to ensure high performance outcomes
  • Analyze current talent acquisition processes, identifying process efficiencies, gaps and determining go forward process plans, i.e. identify and implement "best practices" and workflows across the company to help streamline and standardize processes
  • Develop robust metrics to measure talent acquisition's effectiveness and identify trends, successes and areas of improvement
  • Evaluate and improve on the selection process, ensuring that hiring managers are equipped with tools to effectively, efficiently, and inclusively evaluate talent
  • Other project based responsibilities To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
    • 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition
    • 3 years experience management experience
    • A proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, and business partnering
    • Experience with selection, implementation and integration with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms
    • Familiarity with specialized sourcing strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines to meet business demand in a cost-effective manner
    • Exceptional relationship building skills and experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders
    • Demonstrated business and analytical acumen, use of talent analytics to drive effectiveness in the recruiting process
    • Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems and processes
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment Benefits Include:
