Job Description:

  • Primary responsibility for the execution of the DHHS Permanency contract, sub award, CAP and readiness review--
  • Represents Saint Francis on work groups with external stakeholders, including DHHS, CPAs, the courts, guardian ad--litems--and provider partners, advancing the cause of safely and effectively supporting children and families, aligning with the goals of the agency
  • Assists in program compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards and all federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and terms of DHHS contract and CAPs--
  • Develops and maintains relationships with referring agencies, DHHS, probation, and others, assessing their needs for foster care placements and keeping them informed of progress--
  • Meets regularly, no less than 1 time per month with assigned team, laying expectations for culture, communicating agency and performance successes and challenges, identifying strategies for success
  • Directly supervises and evaluates program Directors, ensuring compliance and program outcomes--
  • Ensures effective execution of work processes pursing the best possible outcomes for the intended outcomes.--
  • Reviews and evaluates effectiveness/satisfaction data and implements necessary changes to improve program quality and achieve established outcomes--
  • Develops and implements Saint Francis policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms.--Ensures clients' rights are protected.--
  • Assists in program compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards and all federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and terms of DHHS contract--
  • Assists with the development and implementation of foster parent satisfaction survey and compiles results--
  • Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.--
  • Ensures clients' rights are protected.
  • Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.--
  • Responsible for working with QA/PI collecting data, creating required reports for SFM and DHHS-- Execution of Business--related to Permanency Programming--
    • Develop--as requested--and--Monitor--permanency budget implementing cash--neutral--strategies
    • Participate on corporate teams to support and advance strategies impacting an agency wide workforce--
    • Execute agency wide initiatives as directed by the corporate leadership team-- Qualifications Skills Preferred Prioritizing tasks Novice Customer Service Novice Effective written and verbal communication Novice Create a positive work environment Novice Novice Capable of managing project details Novice Education Required Bachelors or better. Preferred Masters or better.
