Description:Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesFunction as an owners representative and report to the clients management leadManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsMeet with clients and clarify specific requirements of each capital projectDelegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisUse and continually develop leadership skillsAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process flow maps to document project requirementsPerform other related duties as assignedAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must have:-B.S. in engineering or Construction management -6-10 years of pharmaceutical construction/capital improvement project management experience -Ability to converse about biologics and pharmaceutical manufacturing topics-Proficient in current Good Manufacturing Practices and other applicable FDA, USDA and EU regulationsOther skills:Ability to work independently or in collaboration with othersIn depth understanding and application of project management principles, concepts, practices and standardsExcellent client-facing relationship building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and AutoCAD Lite.On the job training will be provided by the On-Demand Services regional leader and through industry training and certification courses, both online and in person.Must be willing to travel regionally and/or nationally throughout the U.S.Job assignments may require temporary relocation up to 12 months or morePreferred Qualifications:P.E.
