attributes and more!Fixed Operations DirectorCompensation:Based on
experienceKey responsibilities for a Fixed Operations Director
include but are not limited to:Develop and help guide GM/SM on
sales and profitability forecasting goals and objectives. Develop
and continually evolve DAILY reporting on specific HEAT SHEET items
for Service & Parts Departments (Sales/Gross Paces, Open RO's,
Aging Receivables, WIP, Discounts, etc.). Develop and continually
evolve MONTHLY K.P.I. reports with benchmarks for the Service and
Parts Depts. and hold a WEB meeting once a month to go over data.
(Web meetings will be separated by Domestic/Import/Luxury).Identify
operating performance opportunities with stores and help create an
improvement/action plan.Review schedules and communicate with
managers on trends and/or concerns.Understands and ensures
compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.Review
request process for all service depts. factory labor rate increase
and Parts Mark-Up % to make sure we are maximizing the increase as
often as allowed by factory guidelines. Create/help implement a
consistent pricing structure that will maximize sales and customer
retention.Keep educated/informed on best-in-class industry
standards/trends/processes/technology.Work with CFO on vendor
management/relations and ensure effective partnerships and cost
savings for the group Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies
with federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair
operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know,
etc. and builds this knowledge into the operational/technical
training programs for stores.Standardize DMS & MPI
operations/utilization (Labor Types, Op Codes, Discounting Codes,
Parts Sourcing, etc.). In partnership with HR/GM, assist with: 1)
Deliver training content for fixed operations roles. 2) Recruiting
of fixed operations manager roles. 3) Building and sustaining
partnerships with vocational and technical schools to enhance
recruitment. 4) Creating all fixed operations related pay

Requirements:
Key qualifications for a Fixed Operations Director include but are
not limited to:Extensive knowledge and understanding of automotive
retail services business/operations including P&L, CSI, roles,
processes, technology, etc.Progressive and dynamic in leading and
continually developing a strong, growth-minded automotive service
team.Exemplary problem-solving skills and the ability to implement
innovative resolutions to keep our customers satisfied.Elite
communication and collaboration capabilities to develop and
maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with internal and
external stakeholders.CDK, X-Time, Microsoft Suite experience is a
plus.Forward-thinking, sales-minded attitude with an ability to
uncover value-add business opportunities.Level-headed and focused
approach to effectively and efficiently manage stressful
situations.Welcoming presence, great listening skills, and an
