We are looking for a Dining Services Director to lead our team of cooks and servers to enhance the lives of our residents.

Our Dining Services Directors

• Inspire the dining services team to provide excellent customer service, leading by example.
• Lead the Dining Services team aligned with our Core Values of Compassion, Respect, Trust and Fun!
• Have the opportunity to build positive relationships with residents, families, associates and vendors.
• Create fresh high quality menus for daily meals, catering and special events. Modify the menus based upon food trends, costs, local tastes, seasonal availability, dietary restrictions and resident preferences.
• Train and develop dining staff to create stellar experiences for our residents.
• Manage supplies, schedules, equipment, budgets, processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meets state and federal guidelines.
  
  Dining Services Directors Have
  
  • 1+ years of experience in a senior living or related industry preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Chef or Dietary Manager.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to provide resident transportation and/or serve alcoholic beverages at community events.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be Serve Safe certified.
  • Must be able to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
