National Radon Defense is an international dealership network of leading radon professionals who strive to provide their local customers the best value in radon measurement and mitigation services. Our home office in Omaha, Nebraska trains and supports our growing network of radon service companies in all aspects of running a successful business.

Positions Primary Objective: Acquire and execute exclusive territory agreements with new dealers. Train, motivate and coach existing dealers to grow their radon businesses. Improve our business systems to maximize our impact at building profitable and sustainable businesses that reduce the risk of cancer.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach existing dealers to help them grow and prosper
  • Interview prospective companies about joining our network
  • Develop training programs using technology and your skills/insights
  • Oversee and manage our marketing strategies to generate qualified dealer leads
  • Train new dealers utilizing our business implementation systems
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with our dealers
  • Create raving fans of the National Radon Defense business systemIdeal Candidates Characteristics:
