Position Summary:The Financial Performance Manager will work directly with Franchise Owners to help optimize the financial performance of their business. This may include, but not limited to, reviewing financial statements and other related financial data, analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to determine areas to optimize performance, and recommend strategies to improve cash flow and profitability.

  • Review and analyze financial information including financial statements, tax returns, and accounts payable and accounts receivable aging to determine financial condition.
  • Develop cash flow analysis and decipher financial trends.
  • Build report with Franchise Owners and their staff and collaborate to determine strategies to positively impact the performance of their businesses.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to develop process improvement solutions.
  • Evaluate expansion opportunities, timing and the fit with the long-term business goals of both the Franchise Owners and the Home Office.
  • Communicate with franchise owners, clients, corporate staff, and other contacts outside the company with limited supervision.
  • Perform special projects as assigned, such as assisting with the Brand Refresh.

    • Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or related business field
    • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance or related business field
    • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Excel

      • Data-driven mindset and ability to leverage analysis to make actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
      • Inquisitive nature and a passion for learning and solving problems
