Administrator to join our Digital Nexus Technology
organization.Responsibilities:
- Work through scanning tool results in ServiceNow, analyze and
prioritize remediation efforts based on risk level: Critical, High,
Medium and exploitability
- Collaborate with stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to
identify, schedule, and implement application's security fixes
- and 3rd party vendors to ensure timely resolution
- Provide advisory support and process walkthroughs to facilitate
resolution of application vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with application teams and submit change requests
to remediate application vulnerabilities
- Coordinate and assist application teams with opening tickets
with 3rd party vendors; Identify opportunities for automation of
remediation of common vulnerabilities across multiple platforms or
applicationsQualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience administering and
supporting Red Hat Linux
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is
preferred
- Experience supporting Java applications, Rabbit MQ, PostgreSQL,
Apache Tomcat; prior experience with OWASP TOP 10 standards, Bash
Shell scripting language, Bigfix tool
- Previous experience with application vulnerability assessment
and prioritization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as
ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of
responsibility and authority
