a mission driven Associate Director - Organizational Development to
join our team! The Associate Director of Organizational Development
is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of
organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation
of programs that facilitate the professional development and
continuous learning of team members, particularly executives and
emerging leaders. This position also directs the organization's
OneWorld University, where additional Talent Development,
Leadership, and other Succession Planning initiatives are offered.
The director develops, administers and coordinates OneWorld's
initiative to address the shortage of Latinos and other
underrepresented or minority communities in the health care field
to help improve their skills, prepare them for healthcare
occupations or promotion at OneWorld. Taking a career pathway
approach to training, provide OneWorld apprenticeships and/or
structured paths to advancement, certificates or degrees accredited
institutions.This is a full-time position located on our main
campus (30th & L). The schedule will be 40 hours per week;
generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.To ensure the safety of our
patients, employees, and communities, OneWorld Community Health
Centers is requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated against
COVID-19 effective November 15th, 2021. Exemptions may be granted
for religious or medical accommodations.QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Nursing, Public,
Human Resources, Public Health or Human Services Administration, or
a related field with three or more years of leadership experience
in a healthcare environment required including one year of change
management experience. Master's Degree Preferred- Minimum three
years of teaching preferred.- Certification(s) preferred: Project
Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management
Institute, Green Belt or Black Belt from the American Society of
Quality (ASQ,) Six Sigma, Lean, or other performance improvement
certification or training. Not thinking we need this green or black
belt - this is more program development and implementation. Spanish
fluency.- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills required- Strong interpersonal and
collaborative skills required, with the ability to lead, motivate,
and direct diverse workgroups.- Demonstrated emotional intelligence
traits. i.e. patience, listening skills, thoughtfulness, reasoning,
understanding, ability to self-reflect and build trusting
relationships.- Demonstrated program development, time management
skills using creativity and the ability to meet deadlines.-
Demonstrated ability to self-start and work with minimal
supervision, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a
high-pressure environment.- Demonstrated flexibility to a changing
work environment, with the ability to identify and acknowledge
urgency when necessary.- Demonstrated understanding of culturally
diverse and underserved patient populations.OneWorld Community
