In this role, you d be responsible for planning, managing and optimizing all ongoing digital lead generation and continue to evolve our digital marketing efforts by identifying areas of new opportunity. You will report directly to the Chief Rocka of Culture/Brand Shaman and be strongly encouraged to bring your wild ideas, expertise in PPC and social media management, and an open mind to this role. Job Summary: Please Note; this is an in-office role, based out of our Omaha, NE headquarters. You will be responsible for owning, maintaining, analyzing, strategizing and continuing to grow all PPC, Social Media and Job Board lead-generations efforts for OneStaff Medical, in close collaboration with the Marketing Team and other internal partners. Constant pursuit of finding new & unique ways to engage our traveling healthcare demographic over digital marketing channels, in partnership with the Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities:

• Strategizing, planning, managing and executing all PPC and job board campaigns
• Monitoring and translating data into actionable and compelling content for Marketing and other partner teams.
• Researching the marketplace and strategizing digital media solutions to evolve OneStaff s presence and strive to be disruptive in the market.
• Brainstorming new digital marketing communication strategies based off trends and market data.
• Developing and executing innovative social media campaigns, SEO and PPC strategies.
• Exponentially grow our digital marketing presence.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our industry within 6 months
• Develop a strong digital media growth plan within 6 months
• Grow social media following & engagement within the first 12 months, in collaboration with Sr. Marketing Coordinator
• Collaborating with Sr. Marketing Coordinator, Front-end/ UX and other digital teams to evolve our digital efforts.
• Strong focus on the never-ending pursuit to continually grow lead generation efforts. Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of Digital Marketing Experience (highly- focused on PPC campaign management) is a must.
    • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 Ideal For: We offer a competitive salary.
