We re looking for a Resource Development Manager to join our
team!
In this role, you ll be responsible for creating a community
relations plan to engage and attract interest in Mosaic s mission
and services.

What you ll do:
Supervise, train, coach and develop staff to achieve results and
engagement within the department.
Coordinate and execute a comprehensive community awareness plan
that involves building partnerships and sharing stories to support
and advance Mosaic s mission.
Coordinate mission focused fundraising by establishing and
maintaining partnerships through networking with businesses,
churches, media, donors and other organizations in the
community.
Build and execute targeted community awareness campaigns and
develop strong donor relationships.
Identify donor prospects, develop donor relationships, solicit
gifts and contributions
Collaborate with national office support teams to create print and
online content, research, prepare and submit grant proposals and
applications for funding.
SCHEDULE: Business hours - Mon-Fri but some evenings and weekends
as scheduled for events. This position could work from home, but
will need to come to the office when scheduled and be able to
access the Omaha metro area for networking.
Necessary Skills:
A resourceful and solution-oriented mindset
Motivation to thrive in a dynamic and growing organization
Five years experience in a similar position
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or
a related field, preferred could substitute experience for
education
Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple
responsibilities while communicating honestly about your timelines,
challenges and questions.
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
