We do it through various avenues of testosterone replacement, peptides, wave therapies, and many other ancillary products to help men feel their best!JOB TITLE: - - - -Director of Finance & AccountingEMPLOYER: -Limitless Male Medical ClinicDEPARTMENT: Finance and AccountingREPORTS TO: CEO and Chief of OperationsSUMMARY: - Highly analytical Director of Finance & Accounting to oversee the company's financial planning and accounting operations. - This position will need an accomplished accountant who is an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities. This role requires a proactive approach with company finances but will also be commercially aware and provide advice on the best path of growth for the business. - This position will work closely with all team leaders to ensure the organization has the necessary resources, systems, and processes in place to effectively grow and successfully deliver on the company's vision and goals. Experience with cash flow management, forecasting, tax management, and data analytics are a must as well as high-level experience with AP debt scheduling and determining profit margins. -DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend meetings and contribute with input on the strategic business plan of the company and the annual operating budget estimation and execution.Oversee the accounting operations and department staff.Understand the financials of the company to meet legal requirements and keep the financial state in good standing.Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments. Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.Monitor financial progress and changes and clearly communicate to leadership.Work in collaboration with the COO on the management and execution, based on information from given reports including payroll, spending, budgets, and KPI's.Conduct Performance Reviews for specific administrative staff.Performs other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates, licenses, and registrations required.Computer skills required: (CRM; Accounting Software; Contract Management Systems; Development Software; Inventory Software; Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Systems; Project Management Software) Exceptional people skills and communication skillsLeadership and Management skillsDetail oriented Works well in a fast paced always changing environment.COMPETENCIES:
