Greystar is growing in Omaha, NE!
Greystar will be managing a new lease-up in Omaha, NE and we are ready to grow our team! We are in search of a community manager, assistant community manager, leasing professional, maintenance supervisor, and maintenance technician.
We are seeking to hire our community manager in April and the rest of the team members in May. We would love to talk with you about your career in property management.
Requirements to be considered:

• To be considered for the community manager role, candidates must have at least 1 year of community manager experience or have previous lease-up experience
• To be considered for the assistant community manager role, candidates must have at least 1 year of leasing experience
• To be considered for the leasing professional role, candidates must have strong sales and customer service experience; previous leasing experience desired
• To be considered for the maintenance supervisor role, candidates must have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience and strong leadership skills
• To be considered for the maintenance technician role, candidates must have at least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience

    The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable. Greystar seeks to attract, recruit, advance and retain top talent.
