You will stand at the intersection of technology and business and work with product stakeholders across the organization as you resource projects for the QA, user experience and development groups. Your responsibilities could include defining project plans, making sure your team members have the resources they need, managing a payroll budget, determining hiring needs, and measuring performance and outcomes.   • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business or a related field required
  • At least two years of experience managing projects, people or processes required, preferably within software development
  • Direct experience working in an environment where technology and business intersect required
  • The ability to work at the Omaha Riverfront campus at least three days a week required
