Job Description:

If you're interested in getting your foot in the door in property management this is a position for you. The Reserves Network is partnered with a property management company dedicated to creating a residential living environment based on commitment, community, and comfort. They manage 11 properties around the Omaha area and they are looking to add an assistant property manager to their team located just minutes from the Interstate, surrounded by restaurants and shopping.

Duties of the assistant property manager:

Manage all tenant correspondence
Produce monthly tenant, property, and financial reports
Schedule tours and show apartments to prospective tenants
Guide new tenants through the leasing process
General administrative duties including filing paperwork and answering phones

What to expect as the assistant property manager:

M-F 8am-5pm schedule with rotating Saturdays
Pay starting at $18/hour

Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card
Loyalty Bonus: earn $400 for every 600 hours worked
