  • Display Right at Home Core Values
  • Along with the SVP of Operations, set annual goals for franchisees and assist coaches in support of achieving these goals
  • Foster best practice sharing between internal departments and franchisees
  • Serve as an ambassador and represent the strategic vision of Right at Home
  • Consistently explain, champion and reinforce all communications (internal and external)
  • Identify and present opportunities in increase franchise engagement
  • Analyze situations and interactions in-depth with a focus on identifying significant problems, opportunities and solutions
  • Actively participate in internal and external meetings
  • Represent Right at Home with professionalism
  • Critical thinking and solution driven Successful candidates will have:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration; MBA helpful (or equivalent years of related experience)
    • 5+ years of successful related experience (home care/senior services experience helpful)
    • Franchising experience preferred
    • Business and finance acumen required
    • Consultative coaching skills
