We are rebuilding the healthcare system by cutting costs, confusion, and complexity through direct contracts and payment with providers, deep data dives, and convenient patient care.We are seeking a talented Risk Management Director to join our team in Omaha, Chicago, or Austin. You will support the financial services team in developing and owning the operational, liquidity, credit, and interest rate risk management program, models, and stress testing. Additionally, you will leverage complex predictive models and credit strategies while ensuring that financial risk governance practices are in alignment with regulatory expectations. Furthermore, you will lead the development of the risk appetite framework, including drafting policies, procedures, qualitative risk appetite statements, and quantitative metrics.How you will make an impact

• Develop a risk management reporting structure for the Financial Services team, including polices, processes and procedures
• Develop, maintain and manage liquidity risk and stress testing models and reporting
• Ensure product portfolios and operational, fraud, interest rate, and credit risks are identified, measured, mitigated, monitored and reported
• Develop and manage fraud prevention program, fraud mitigation, and transaction fraud reporting
• Analysis of trends, risk assessment, management reporting, performance, and review key risk metrics
• Monitor performance and develop risk assessments and proactive mitigation actions
• Develop reporting and oversight of leading fraud risk indicators
• Conduct and develop fraud risk review process including process mapping assessments for key fraud risk and mitigation controls
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, payments operations, product, and technology teams
• Collaborate with product teams on development of guardrails for credit or other financial products
• Drive business initiatives to support proper execution related to risk control activities
• Identify gaps in risk reporting and problem solve to develop solutions to address and mitigate
• Provide analysis and second line of defense monitoring and oversight of risk related programs
• Provide operational and fraud risk perspective in collaboration with payments operations teams
• Support incremental improvements in credit performance by understanding trends and future customer behavior by testing via rigorous analysis and monitoring
• Coordinate with BSA Officer on key regulations and identification of fraud indicators
• Other duties as assignedWhat we are looking for
  • 7-10 + years' experience in banking, trust company, payments or fintech financial risk management
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields
  • Financial services experience in liquidity, interest rate, credit risk, portfolio, reporting or analytics
  • Strong background in risk management, fraud, audit and/ or compliance
  • Understanding of fraud management lifecycle and industry trends
  • Understanding of consumer credit risk management and credit risk principles
  • Knowledge of stress testing, rule sets and risk models
  • Quantitative and analytic skills
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification preferred
  • Bank regulator/examiner experience preferred (OCC, FDIC, FED or State agency)
  • Ability to communicate findings to executive audience
