Let us help.Responsibilities: Communicate with medical facilities, developing professional relationships and opportunities of working with OneStaff Medical Develop strong relationships with those you will assist and your peers. Pro-actively identify where Client Managers need guidance and provide direction. Maximize and maintain the relationships with existing customers. Contact existing contracted facilities to review staffing needs and how we can assist them. Independently negotiate contracts, bill rates and the qualification process Communicate facility expectations internally, ensuring systems reflect those expectations. Develop and maintain professional internal relationships. Act as liaison between the facility and the company; including ongoing follow-up and communication. Ensure client satisfaction, understanding needs, and facilitating communication. Understand Key Performance Indicators for position and meet the expectations. Continuous progress towards production goals; meeting production goals within designated timeframes Assist in resolving personal and professional issues regarding facility and client. Present OSM and the position in a positive, professional light Use and grow in awareness of available tools. Accept coaching and remain open to changes and recommendations.Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent Account management experience in medical staffing industry preferred. Background in medical terminology Results driven. Social media savvy Strong telephone and computer skills Very strong time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to willingly apply what is learned in classroom and on the job training Intense sense of urgency Problem solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Excel Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
