Responsibilities All new grad RNs will be enrolled in the Nurse
Residency Program. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible
for delivering the highest quality patient care according to the
specific orders of each patient---s individual physician. This will
involve, utilizing your knowledge and skills to educate patients
and their families on prevention and healthy habits. What You'll
Do: Monitor patients--- conditions and assess their needs
Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and
chart with timely documentation Collaborate with a variety of other
healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination,
physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy
and imaging Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to
care for patients and their families Qualifications We are offering

assistance to new hires who meet the following eligibility
requirements. Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited
program college, or university Active Registered Nurse license in
good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where
you live. Basic Life Support (BLS) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support) certification required and PALS (Pediatric Advanced
Life Support) certification required within 5 months of hire. While
