This facility offers a continuum of care to Iowans experiencing
intellectual disabilities. Located in southwest Iowa, this facility
provides residential services for individuals who have struggled to
be successful in the community, provides in home support for those
who transition to the community and assists community-based
providers by providing assessments, training, and other technical
support. The goal of this facilitys services is to help individuals
to be successful in their communities.Essential Duties: Performs
professional Physical therapy work Involved in the treatment and
prevention of physical disability caused by injury, disease, or
congenital conditions through use of appropriate physiotherapy
techniques, methods, or tests; may instruct aides assisting with
this work; performs related work as required,Qualifications:
Licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Iowa Board of Physical and
Occupational Therapy Examiners.Minimum of two years work experience
as a Physical TherapistExperience working with intellectually or
