Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 1 year full-time experience as a Stepdown RN within the last year. Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes. Must have strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, as well as assessment skills relating to a variety of conditions/diagnoses. Strong familiarity with titration of common drips following facility protocols, and current ACLS guidelines. Strong experience with managing cardiac, stroke, and other complex/higher acuity patients.
